1. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges due to incorrect item selection (e.g., size, design, quantity, or shipping address). Please carefully review all order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 9 hours of purchase or before you receive the order confirmation email to proceed with production. After this, orders may have already entered processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
If you are close to this time window, please send us an SMS for faster assistance.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply.

3. Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final and non-refundable.
You may request a return or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged or broken
- Is not the item you ordered
- Differs from the size, design, or material you selected
- Does not match the product description on our website
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, including all tags.
We do not accept returns for items that:
- Have been worn, washed, or altered
- Are missing original tags
- Have minor issues (e.g., loose threads) not caused by manufacturing defects
Important: Do not return packages without email confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Ship your return via a trackable carrier and send the tracking number or return receipt photo to our support email.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except when returns are due to our error.
